Abstract
Stroke is often associated with cognitive decline u'hich ma1- recover-vand rehatrilitation. In the stroke patients F300 latenc:' contl decreasedaver the cbservationperiod with a significantdifferenceafter 6 comparedto baseline(p<0.05)andafter 12monthseomparedto baseline( The amplitude F30C) shos,ed no significant changes over time. Statisti significantnegativecoryelationtretweenF300 latenciesand h,'{MSEscores bas'eXine atPzsite(r:-0.339,p<0"01),after3 months(r:-0'59,p<0'01)andafter months(r:-0.35.p<0.01)afterthestroke. Our stuclyemphasiees theimportanc.c P3CI0latene-v- in the detectionand follow-up of cognitive changesafter isc stroke.
